Reopened at the beginning of 2023, this Box is located in San Sebastián de los Reyes, next to the Infanta Sofía Hospital and the Atremedia studios. It is a large warehouse of 200 square meters 100% focused on the practice of this training discipline. In them you will find high quality material and many colleagues who will help you achieve your goals. We also have a small room where we will organize talks on nutrition and a space for physiotherapy sessions with one of our collaborators. Our weekly program, elaborated by the MaxEffort team, efficiently combines weight lifting, gymnastics and high intensity cardio, making you see a great progression and feel how you improve day by day in many aspects and areas of your life.
