This Box is located in the area of Puerta del Ángel / Madrid Río and it was here where CHARRÚA CrossFit was born in 2021. It is composed of two different rooms, but 100% focused on the practice of this training discipline. In them you will find the latest equipment and many colleagues who will help you achieve your goals. Our weekly program, developed by the MaxEffort team, efficiently combines weightlifting, gymnastics and high intensity cardio, making you see a great progression and feel how you improve day by day in many aspects and areas of your body and life.
